CONCLUSÃO
         Embora  os  quistos  da  laringe  constituam  lesões
         incomuns, quando presentes, podem ter consequências
         dramáticas.  Todos  os  doentes  com  queixas  faringo-
         laríngeas devem ser submetidos a um exame laríngeo
         rigoroso  na  tentativa  de  excluir  a  presença  destas
         lesões. O tratamento das mesmas, passa pela exérese
         cirúrgica e o seguimento destes doentes, a longo prazo
         é mandatório, uma vez que estas lesões têm potencial
         de recidiva.
